Product Description
FRP Insulating Pipe
Features of FRP Insulating Pipe:
- Light weight, high strength and easy transport, installation and maintenance;
- Excellent performance in corrosion resistance with a service life up to 30 years;
- Smooth inner pipe wall surface with a good conveying performance and lower pumping costs;
- Without scaling on the inner pile wall surface, ensuring a smooth surface after a long period of service;
- Applied to hot media conveying such as hot spring water conveying, oilfield geothermal fluid conveying, heat supply system, etc.;
- Excellent insulating performance with a thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.39w/m.k;
- Outer FRP pipe: low thermal conductivity coefficient (≈0.34kcal/m.°C; only 1/100-1/1000 of metals); undertaking external pressure; having a longer service life by adding UV absorber and aging resistance agent;
- Insulating layer manufactured in the factory to reduce installation period;
- Connection type: thread connection with features such as easy installation, high strength and high reliability;
